SunField provides solar PV installation services primarily in Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area, with regular coverage across Wicklow, Meath, Kildare, and Louth, and availability nationwide for suitable projects. Our services may include, depending on the project scope:

• Site surveys and roof suitability assessments
• System design for domestic and commercial solar PV
• Installation of panels, inverters, isolators, cabling, and monitoring
• Solar battery storage supply and installation where agreed
• Customer guidance for SEAI grant processes, where applicable

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. Any quote, timeline, savings estimate, or payback range is indicative until we complete a site survey and confirm requirements including roof condition, shading, electrical infrastructure, and applicable grid rules. Actual outcomes depend on site conditions, usage behaviour, and tariff choices.

3. User Obligations

When using this website, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunField will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunField’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or these Terms will be limited to the lower of:

• The amount paid by you to SunField for website-related services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or
• €100

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SunField, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the website
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
